How do I refresh the page?
Use your browser's reload button, since pulling down does not refresh SOS on the web.
Steps
- Save anything you are typing first. Reloading clears text that has not been saved.
- On a computer, press Ctrl+R on Windows, or Command+R on a Mac. You can also click the circular arrow beside the address bar.
- On an iPhone or iPad in Safari, tap the circular arrow at the right end of the address bar.
- On Android in Chrome, tap the menu with three dots, then tap the circular arrow at the top of the menu.
- If you opened SOS from your home screen, there may be no reload button. Close the app and open it again.
Why pulling down does nothing
The web version of SOS has no pull-down refresh. Use the browser's reload button instead.
Buttons inside SOS
On Home, if a notice says some of your data did not load, tap Retry. You do not need to reload.
If a notice says A new version is ready, tap Refresh.
Will I be signed out?
If Keep me signed in is ticked, reloading keeps you signed in.
If you unticked it, a reload can sign you out. Then you sign in again.
