I see 'This page couldn't load'
Tap Reload Page: the card means a screen did not download, often because of a weak connection.
Steps
- Tap Reload Page.
- If the card comes back, check your connection and wait a minute. Then tap Reload Page again.
- If the card offers to repair the app files, tap that button and confirm. This downloads the app files again. Your saved entries stay.
- To leave the page, tap Go to Home.
- If it keeps happening and you are signed in, tap Tell us what happened.
What the card means
A screen in SOS is a separate file that downloads the first time you open it. The card shows when that download fails.
Your connection may have dropped, or SOS may have been updated while the page was open. Reloading fetches the latest version, and nothing you have saved is affected.
SOS already tried once
When a screen file fails, SOS reloads the page one time by itself. The card shows if it fails again within a minute.
The card that says Something went wrong
That card means a screen stopped working. Tap Try Again or Reload Page.
What you had already saved should be unaffected. What you were in the middle of entering may not have been saved.
