SOS is an educational tool. It is not a doctor, therapist, financial adviser, lawyer or crisis service. Use it to learn and to keep track of your own life, and check anything important with a qualified person. Read the terms.

Wellness tools

Wellness is the largest area. It holds trackers and journals for sleep, food, mood, symptoms, medicines and everyday health, guided practices such as breathing and meditation, and reading pages on the science behind them.

Fitness tools

Fitness covers training: exercise tracking and an exercise library, workout plans, activity logs, body measurements, heart rate zones and recovery, plus reading on strength, endurance and sports science.

Wealth and money tools

Wealth covers money: budgets, bills, debt payoff, savings goals, net worth, retirement planning, insurance, taxes and investments, plus financial literacy and upkeep trackers for the home and the car.

Knowledge and learning tools

Knowledge is for learning: courses, learning paths, reading and study trackers, explainers on psychology, philosophy and decision making, and a map of connected ideas you can explore.

Community tools

Community is about doing things with other people: circles and groups, gatherings, forums, mentorship, skill exchange, book clubs, local resources and civic engagement.

Calendar tools

Calendar brings dates together in one place, and can move events in and out of other calendars by file.

Goal and habit tools

Goals covers planning and change: goal and task trackers, a goal library, planning tools such as quarterly planning, a time audit and a vision board, and reading on habits, motivation, identity and willpower.
