My account is suspended. What can I do?

Account and sign-in

SOS staff turned off sign-in for this account, and you can appeal by writing to admin@sosforchange.org.

Steps

  1. Write to admin@sosforchange.org from the address you registered with.
  2. Say that you want to appeal. Tell us anything that helps us understand what happened.
  3. We read every note. We can't promise a reply time.

What you may see

A screen called Account suspended says, "This account has been suspended, so you can't sign in right now." It may show a reason.

At sign-in you may instead see a long message that says "The request doesn't satisfy the collection requirements to authenticate." That message also means the account is suspended.

A new password does not lift a suspension. Only staff can do that.

If you need support right now

Call or text 988 at any time to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. You can also text HOME to 741741 to reach the Crisis Text Line. If you are in danger right now, call 911.

The Get help now button at the top of the sign-in screen opens crisis lines and grounding tools. You do not need an account.
