I forgot which email I used to sign up
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot your email or username? and try an address.
Steps
- On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot your email or username?
- Type an address you might have used. Tap Email me my sign-in details.
- If that address has an account, we email it. The subject is "Your Solution Oriented Society sign-in details". It can take about a minute.
- The email shows your sign-in email. It also shows your public username if you have one.
- Nothing came? Check spam or junk. Then tap Try a different email and use another address.
- To sign in, type that email and your password. Forgot the password too? Tap Reset my password instead.
Good to know
You sign in with your email address, not with a username.
Capital letters count. If the email shows your address with different capital letters, type it exactly as shown.
We send at most one of these emails to an address every 15 minutes, so there is no resend button.
The screen never says whether an address has an account.
Another way to look
Search your inboxes for Solution Oriented Society. Our account emails come from that name.
