How do I retake a quiz or see my past results?
Tap a quiz again to retake it, and use the History tab for past results.
This needs an account. Sign in to the app first.
Steps
- Open Wellness, then the Mind & Mental Health group, then Mental Health Center. On the Tools tab, under Support, tap Assessments.
- To retake a quiz, tap its card. A quiz you have not taken shows Start. One you have taken shows your last score and how long ago you took it.
- Tap Begin Assessment and answer again. A retake adds a new result. It does not replace the old one.
- To see past results, tap the History tab. Each result shows the quiz, how long ago, the score and its band.
Good to know
Each card on the Assessments tab shows your latest score. The History tab lists every result, newest first.
Wellness also has Research Assessments. It has the PHQ-9, GAD-7, SWLS and PSS-10 too, and it keeps its own history. A result from one screen does not appear on the other.
If a result did not save, the result screen said so. Take that quiz again when you are signed in and online.
If a score worries you
A score is not a diagnosis. If your results or your mood worry you, talk to a doctor or counselor. Call or text 988 at any time to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. You can also text HOME to 741741 to reach the Crisis Text Line. If you are in danger right now, call 911.
What happens next
Your results are saved to your account, so they also show on your other devices.
