Waiting to upload
A few tools, such as the Sleep Tracker, keep an entry on your device when your account cannot be reached. They upload it the next time you are connected.
What this means
This information is not on SOS's server. It is not in the nightly backups and not in the data download.
It is lost if you clear your browser data or delete the app. It does not move to a new phone or browser by itself.
How to protect it
For the vault, make a backup file in the Security tab. For other tools, write down anything you cannot afford to lose before you switch phones or clear browser data.
