It keeps sending me back to the setup questions
Tap Finish & Begin on the last step, and read any red message.
This needs an account. Sign in to the app first.
Steps
- On the first step, type a name. On each step after that, answer the question or tap Skip at the top right.
- On the last step, about food and allergies, tap Finish & Begin.
- Wait for Saving… to end. SOS then opens.
- If a red message appears, read it. Your answers are still on the screen. Fix what it says, then tap Finish & Begin again.
- If it says your session has ended, tap Sign out, sign in again and try once more.
- Still looping? Write to admin@sosforchange.org and tell us what the last screen said.
Why it happens
When SOS opens, it checks whether your setup was saved. If not, it sends you back to the setup questions.
If SOS cannot reach the server during that check, it does not send you back.
What the messages mean
"We couldn't reach SOS, so nothing was saved" means your connection dropped. Check it and try again.
"One of your answers wasn't accepted" means an answer needs another look. Go back and check them.
"Your profile is saved, but your allergies were not" means everything else saved. Try Finish & Begin again, or tap Continue anyway and add allergies later in Wellness.
