What is on the Home screen?
Home is your start page: a search bar, your name and level, shortcuts, today's numbers, your tools and quick ways to log.
This needs an account. Sign in to the app first.
At the top
The bar at the top has a search box and icons for your Profile, SOS Tokens, Saved items and the Calendar. A Get help now icon sits there too when the screen is wide enough.
Under it you see your name, your level and your XP. Tap it to open your Profile.
Your next step
When you have not logged anything yet, a card asks for a 20-second check-in. Rate how you feel from 1 to 10 and you are done. Tap the X to hide the card for today.
Shortcuts and views
Quick access shortcuts are small buttons for tools you use often. Tap one to open it. Press and hold one to remove it, or tap Add to add another.
The Quest Hub banner opens quests and guilds. Under it, the Overview, Timeline, Analytics, Goals and Social tabs switch the view.
Further down
You find a Quick Log row with Log Mood, Water, Weight, Workout, Food, BP and Sleep, and Today's Summary for sleep, activity, mood and nutrition.
Each Quick Log button opens a small sheet. If an entry does not save, the sheet says why and keeps what you typed.
Saving the same weight again within 2 minutes counts as one weigh-in. Two Log Water saves are two drinks.
Log Sleep fills in last night. If last night already has bed and wake times, for example from Sleep Log, the sheet asks whether to replace it. Nothing changes until you answer. Keep leaves the night as it was. Replace saves the new length and clears the old bed and wake times.
A Today's Summary card shows "--" until something is logged for today. An empty day is never shown as 0. Each card reads what you logged for today in any tool that saves that kind of entry, not only in Quick Log.
Your Tools lists the tools you have turned on. You can search it, filter it and sort it, and Manage lets you hide tools. Below it are Morning Brief, the Tenet of the Day and links to reports.
