XP and levels
XP is a score that goes up when you do things in SOS, such as finishing goals and quests. Your level goes up as your XP passes set points. You can see both at the top of Home.
SOS says its streaks, points and levels are meant as encouragement, not pressure. If they feel like pressure, tell us.
Quests and guilds
A quest is a short guided task. You find quests in the Quest Hub. The Getting Started quest line has six short quests.
A guild is a group around an interest, with its own ranks. Guilds and quests are optional.
Credentials
Credentials are courses, certificates, degrees and licenses you have earned. The Certifications tool, in Knowledge, lets you record them yourself.
My Levels in Settings
The My Levels screen is not finished. Its Weekly XP chart adds up the XP history it keeps on your device. It can show no XP for the last 7 days even when your level on Home has moved.
Its numbers can differ from the level at the top of Home. Go by the level at the top of Home.
