What is My Levels and why are its numbers empty?
My Levels does not track your progress yet, so its numbers and weekly chart stay empty.
This needs an account. Sign in to the app first.
Where it is
Open Settings, then My Levels, in the Profile & Personalization section.
It has four tabs: Level Overview, Pillar Ranks, Badges and XP History.
What does not work yet
My Levels reads its numbers from your device. Nothing in SOS saves them there.
So your level stays at 1, no badge unlocks and XP History stays empty.
The weekly chart and the XP This Week number add up the XP history saved on your device for the last 7 days. For now they show no XP.
The Level Milestones & Rewards list names rewards such as live coaching sessions. SOS does not offer these rewards, and nothing unlocks when you reach a level.
Where to see your real progress
Your Profile shows your active and finished goals, your best streak and the XP you earned. These come from your account.
The level on Home comes from a different count, so it does not match My Levels.
