What should I do first?

Getting started

Start small: take the 20-second check-in on Home, then pick one tool that fits what you want, and leave the rest for later.

This needs an account. Sign in to the app first.

Steps

  1. Open Home. If you see a card called Your Next Step, tap Check in now and rate how you feel from 1 to 10.
  2. Tap the round Log button at the bottom right to save your mood, energy, water, weight or steps in a few taps.
  3. Open the section that fits what you want most: Wellness for health, Wealth for money, Knowledge for learning, Commons for people, or Goals for habits.
  4. Pick one tool there and try it. You do not have to use the others.
  5. Open Goals and set one small goal that you can finish.
  6. Tap Search anything at the top of Home whenever you cannot find something.

You do not need to do everything

The Getting Started guide, in Knowledge, lists 20 milestones. Treat it as a menu. You can do them in any order, or skip them.

If today is hard

You can skip all of this. The Get help now button is always within reach, and SOS Mode has breathing and grounding exercises.

If you need to talk to someone now: Call or text 988 at any time to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. You can also text HOME to 741741 to reach the Crisis Text Line. If you are in danger right now, call 911.

What happens next

Over the next few days, come back to the tools you liked. On Home, tap Manage under Your Tools to hide the ones you do not use.
