Can I connect my watch, Fitbit or Apple Health?
Not yet, because SOS cannot read data from any watch, ring or health app today.
This needs an account. Sign in to the app first.
What the screen shows
Open Settings, then Connected devices. The screen is called Wearable Sync and says Not available yet.
The Status tab says no device is connected and nothing is being synced.
The Planned tab lists services SOS may add one day. None of them can be connected yet.
The Data Map tab shows where each kind of data is planned to go. Its switches and choices are saved on this device and do nothing yet.
The History tab has no syncs to show.
I want this
On the Planned tab you can tap I want this on a service. That only saves your interest on this device.
It does not send us anything, and you will not get a message.
What you can do now
Log sleep, workouts, weight and vitals by hand in the Wellness area.
You can export what you logged from Settings, under Download My Data.
