Where do I find the app version?
Look under About in Settings for App Version, or open About SOS.
This needs an account. Sign in to the app first.
Where it shows
In Settings, the About section starts with App Version. It shows a version, a build and your platform, written as web, ios or android.
The About SOS screen shows a version and a build near the top too.
When you write to us
Tell us the version and build, whether you use the web or a phone, and the screen you were on. If the two screens show different numbers, tell us both. That helps us find the problem faster.
Good to know
The version is a label for the app. It does not tell you whether you have the newest update.
