Do I have to pay? What is Plans and Support?
No, every tool is free, and the paid options are optional and not open yet.
What the screen shows
Open Settings, then Plans & Support, in the Plan & Billing section near the top. It lists three plans: Free, Supporter and Partner.
Free is your current plan. It includes every tool and needs no credit card.
Supporter is optional. The screen marks it as not open yet, so you cannot buy it today.
Partner is for organizations. The screen says team dashboards are not built yet. To ask about it, write to admin@sosforchange.org.
What is never behind a paywall
The screen lists these as free on every plan.
They are exporting your data, deleting your account, crisis and safety resources, and the tools for reporting and blocking.
Core tracking in every pillar and sync between your devices are on the list too.
Extras
The screen also lists a theme pack and an avatar frame. Both say Not available yet.
The screen says SOS runs no ads and does not sell your data. The Privacy Policy says the same.
