Where is the Getting Started guide?
Open the Knowledge tab, then find Getting Started in the Productivity group.
This needs an account. Sign in to the app first.
Steps
- Open the Knowledge tab.
- Scroll to All Knowledge Tools and tap Productivity to open that group. Tap Getting Started.
- My Journey is a checklist of first steps. Tap Go to open the tool for a step. Tap the circle to tick a step off yourself.
- Platform Guide describes each part of SOS. Tips & Tricks has short tips and answers to common questions.
Good to know
You can also tap the Search tools, pages bar and type Getting Started.
