Knowledge search finds nothing
Try one or two short words and clear any filters.
This needs an account. Sign in to the app first.
Things to try
- Type fewer words. Search looks for your words together, in the order you typed them. A search for sleep works better than a whole question.
- Check the spelling. Search does not fix typing mistakes.
- Try a more general word.
- In Knowledge Browser, tap Filter. If a category, level or tenet is selected, tap Clear all filters.
- If you see Could not load knowledge graph, check your connection and tap Retry.
Why one search finds more than another
The search boxes look in different places. Knowledge Browser checks titles, summaries, tags and domains. Knowledge Graph checks titles, tags, summaries, key thinkers and key concepts.
The Search tools, pages bar finds ideas after three letters. Knowledge Graph search starts after two.
Still nothing?
The library does not hold every topic. In Knowledge Graph, the empty result offers Suggest, which sends the idea to us for review.
