The community feels empty. Is anyone there?
The feed shows only Public posts, so it can be quiet; joining a circle or posting can help.
This needs an account. Sign in to the app first.
Why the feed can look empty
The Newest and Trending views show only posts that members shared as Public. Only Me posts and drafts are never shown to others.
The Following view shows posts from people you follow. It stays empty until you follow someone from their profile.
Posts from people you blocked or muted, and posts you hid, are left out.
A short or empty feed means few people have posted so far. It does not mean something is wrong with your account.
Things to try
- Refresh the Feed: pull down on a phone, or leave the screen and come back.
- Open Circles, tap Explore and join one that fits you. Circles have their own feed.
- Write a short hello on the Feed. New accounts have a short wait before they can post.
- Follow members from their profiles. Their posts then show under Following.
- Try a group challenge from the Explore tab.
