My circle isn't listed
A circle you asked to join shows in My Circles only after an admin says yes.
This needs an account. Sign in to the app first.
Things to check
- Open Circles and look at the My Circles tab. Leave the screen and come back to refresh it, or pull down on a phone.
- If you only asked to join a Private circle, it shows as Requested on the Explore tab. It moves to My Circles after an admin accepts you.
- If an admin declined your request, SOS tells you when you try again, and you cannot ask a second time.
- Invite Only circles never appear in Explore or in a search. If you made one, it is in My Circles.
- On Explore, the list shows up to 60 circles. Use the search box or a category to narrow it down.
