How do I log a workout?
On Home, tap Workout, add exercises, tick each set you finish, and save at the end.
This needs an account. Sign in to the app first.
Steps
- On Home, tap Workout to open the Workout Logger. You can also open Wellness, then Fitness Center, then Workout Logger.
- Tap Start Workout. Or pick a Quick Start, such as Push Day, or tap Repeat on a session under Recent Sessions.
- Tap Add Exercise. Search the list, or pick one of yours marked CUSTOM.
- For each set, type the weight and the reps. The weight box follows your unit setting, kg or lbs. Tap the check mark when you finish the set.
- A rest timer starts after each set you check. Tap Skip Rest if you do not want it.
- When you are done, tap the square stop button next to the timer, then tap Finish.
- On the summary, say how it felt and add notes if you want. Tap Save Workout.
Saving
Your workout is saved only when you tap Save Workout. You need to check at least one set first. If you leave in the middle, the screen restores your unfinished workout from this device next time.
If saving fails, the workout stays on this device. Check your connection and tap Save Workout again. Sets that already saved are not saved twice.
Other ways to log a workout
On the Fitness screen, Log Workout and Log a Workout open the Exercise Tracker. There you add one exercise at a time, with its sets, reps and weight, after you train.
On Home, the Quick Log row has Log Workout. You type the minutes and, if you want, a short description.
What happens next
Saved workouts show in your Fitness screen and in Recent Sessions.
