Which email do I sign in with, and where can I see it?
You sign in with your email address, not a username, and you can see it in Settings, then Security, under Email address.
This needs an account. Sign in to the app first.
Steps
- Open Settings and tap Security in the Privacy & Data section.
- Find the Email address section. The row called Your email address shows the address you sign in with.
- You can also see it on your Profile, in small text under your name. Tap the My Profile icon at the top of Home.
About a username
SOS does not use a username to sign you in. You sign in with your email address and your password.
If you chose a public username when you signed up, it is only the name other members see.
If you are signed out
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot your email or username? and type an address you might have used.
If that address has an account, we email the sign-in details to it.
