I found something I can't use. How do I tell you?
Open Help, choose Send a note instead, and tell us what you could not use.
Steps
- Tap the Help button. On a computer you can also press the question mark key.
- Tap Send a note instead.
- Choose Something's broken.
- Write which screen it was, what you tried to do and what happened. Say what you use to get around, such as a screen reader, keyboard only or zoom.
- The box to include details about the screen starts ticked. Untick it if you would rather not share them. You see exactly what will be sent before you send it.
- Tap Send note.
If you are signed out or cannot use Help
The note form is for signed-in members. Write to admin@sosforchange.org. Say which screen, what happened, and which device, browser and assistive tool you use.
If you need help right now
A note is not an emergency line, and we can't promise anyone sees it right away. If you need support right now, use the Get help now button. If you need to talk to someone now: Call or text 988 at any time to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. You can also text HOME to 741741 to reach the Crisis Text Line. If you are in danger right now, call 911.
What happens next
We read every note. We can't promise a reply time.
