How do I hide tools I don't use?
Open Settings, then Manage Tools, and switch off the tools you do not want.
This needs an account. Sign in to the app first.
Steps
- Open Settings and tap Manage Tools in the Tools & Organization section. The screen is called Customize Your SOS.
- On the Active tab, switch a tool off to hide it. Tap the star to pin a tool so it comes first.
- To turn a tool back on, open the Discover tab. Find it with Search tools or the filters, then switch it on.
- To undo everything, scroll to the bottom of the Active tab and tap Reset All to Defaults.
What hiding does
A hidden tool disappears from Your Tools on Home. On the Wellness list it moves behind a Show hidden row.
The tool and anything you saved in it are not deleted.
Other places, such as search and links from other tools, do not use this list.
Where it is saved
Your choices are saved on this device only. On a new phone or browser, every tool is on again.
Reset All to Defaults turns every tool back on and clears your pins and favorites. It does not ask first.
The Discover and Organize tabs
Discover lets you search all tools, filter by pillar and sort the list. Its Not built yet list shows tools that are planned but not available yet.
On the Organize tab you can change the pillar order and pick up to 4 quick access actions. Nothing reads these yet, so Home does not change.
The row of shortcut buttons on Home is edited on Home itself.
